Bachelor of International Business in Hotel and Restaurant Management
Duration: 8 terms x 11 weeks including one mandatory and two optional six month paid internship organized by the college.
This internationally recognized program is well suited for those wishing to obtain a university degree. Upon successful completion, students will have required the knowledge and skills to perform a supervisory or junior management role in the hospitality industry. The first 3 terms (1 year) of this program are spent at Institut Hotelier «César Ritz», Le Bouveret , where students gain a sound knowledge of hotel operations and practical training. This ideal combination of vocational and academic education opens up a wide range of job opportunities for students. This program offers an interesting choice of electives which allows students to gain knowledge in their respective areas of interest.
Admission requirements: High school diploma English language proficiency of TOEFL 500, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent Previous academic qualifications or experience in the hospitality industry may be eligible for exemption from part of the program. All applications will be considered on an individual basis.
Master of International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management
Duration: 4 terms x 11. One mandatory six - month paid internship
This program is for university graduates from any discipline seeking management careers in international hotel and tourism industries. It combines professional and business management courses with an operational focus. Students have a wide choice of electives to complement their interests. The program includes a six – month industry work experience and preparation of an industry project.
Admission requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline Post secondary academic diploma + relevant supervisory experience English language proficiency of TOEFL 550, IELTS 6 or equivalent. Master of Science in International Hospitality Management
Duration: 4 terms x 11 weeks.
Off campus faculty supervised 15,000 word dissertation The Master of Science is validated by Manchester Metropolitan University which offers one of the largest programs in hospitality in the UK.
This is an academically rigorous program designed to develop students’ intellectual skills and competencies at postgraduate levels and provide appropriate academic qualification to pursue careers in management, consultancy and education or continue further education such as Phd. The program also includes the preparation of a research dissertation.
