This is our centre of professional excellence in hospitality and management training and delivers the Cesar Ritz Swiss Higher Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Bachelor of International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management. Duration: 5 terms x 11 weeks, 2 mandatory six - month paid internships
This program focuses on hands-on practical training and hotel operations, such as Rooms Division, Food & Beverage Management and Event Organization. It is an intensive two and a half year program which also covers general education and management courses such as intercultural studies, marketing, finance and business simulations. Two 6-month paid internships organized by the school are integral components of the program. This program is well suited for high school graduates seeking a career in hotel and restaurant management. Admission requirements High school diploma and over 18 years of age English language proficiency of TOEFL 500, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent Previous academic qualifications or experience in the hospitality industry may be eligible for exemption from part of the program. Bachelor of International Business in Hotel and and Tourism
Duration: 8 terms x 11 weeks, 3 six - month paid internships organized by the school (1 compulsory and 2 optional)
This internationally recognized program is well suited for those wishing to obtain a university degree. Upon successful completion, students will have required the knowledge and skills to perform a supervisory or junior management role in the hospitality industry. The first 3 terms (1 year) of the program are taught at Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz» and focuses on hotel operations with practical hands on training. The remaining 5 terms are taught at the University Centre «César Ritz» in Brig, Switzerland. Admission requirements High school diploma English language proficiency of TOEFL 500, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent Previous academic qualifications or experience in the hospitality industry may be eligible for exemption from part of the program.
