Culinary Art Academy
The Culinary Art Academy is located at the Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz» and prepares students for the future by experiencing cultures and excellent culinary practice. The program strikes a good balance between theory and practice and students work individually and in teams under the guidance of world class chefs.

Swiss Higher Diploma in Culinary Studies
Duration: 5 terms x 11 weeks, one mandatory six - month paid internship organized by the school.
This program seeks to develop graduates who are well trained to appreciate and provide excellence. Graduates can expect to pursue careers as chefs, managers, restaurant owners and specialists within the gastronomic industry.
Advanced Certificate in Culinary Arts
Duration: 3 terms x 11 weeks, one mandatory six – month internship
Admission Requirements: 18 years old and over, 12 years of general education, applicants with prior learning from culinary schools or industry experience may also apply.TOEFL 500 or IELTS 5.5 and an up to date certificate of health.
